These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Buy Real ("Buy Real", "we", "us") and the social-media growth services offered through this website (the "Services"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Buy Real provides social-media promotion services — including followers, subscribers, likes, plays and related engagement — delivered to public profiles, pages and content across supported platforms. Services are promotional in nature and are provided on a best-efforts basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By ordering you confirm that you own, or are authorised to promote, the profile, page or content you submit.

3. Account requirements

• We only ever require your public username, handle, page name or content link. We never ask for, and never need, your password or login credentials.
• Your profile, page or content must be public while an order is being delivered so it can be reached. You may return it to private once delivery completes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit. Orders delivered to an incorrect but valid target cannot be reversed.

4. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and are charged as a one-time payment per order — there is no subscription. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Buy Real never stores your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery typically starts within about 60 seconds of a completed order. Smaller orders usually complete within minutes; larger orders are drip-fed over a period of days to keep growth looking natural. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with platform conditions.

6. Refills, refunds & guarantee

• 60-day refill: if delivered counts drop within 60 days of completion, we automatically top them back up at no charge.
• Money-back: if we are unable to deliver an order, you are entitled to a full refund of that order.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to promote content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing, or to target profiles or content you do not own or control. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". Buy Real is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social-media platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
