Every Buy Real order is backed by a money-back guarantee and a 60-day automatic refill. This policy explains how both work and how to make a request.

1. 60-day refill guarantee

If any of the followers, subscribers, likes or plays we deliver drop within 60 days of your order completing, we top them back up automatically at no extra cost. There is nothing to claim — the refill runs on its own — but you are always welcome to contact support to flag a drop.

2. Money-back guarantee

If we are unable to deliver your order, you are entitled to a full refund of that order. This applies when an order cannot start or cannot be completed for reasons on our side.

3. When refunds do not apply

• Orders that were delivered as described and remained above the guaranteed count.
• Orders that could not be delivered because the profile, page or content was set to private, removed, renamed, or an incorrect (but valid) target was submitted.
• Drops occurring after the 60-day refill window, which are outside the guarantee.
